Dr Sameer Chaubey

Our founder, DR SAMEER BALSWAROOP CHAUBEY, is an inspiration to us. He completed his MBBS from GMC NAGPUR in 1984 with 2 gold medals in ophthalmology and medicine. He completed his md medicine from the same college in 1988. He then went to grant medical college and sir JJ group of hospitals in 1989 to pursue his DNB in nephrology. Under the guidance of the renowned nephrologist DR ASHOK KIRPALANI sir, he excelled in his field and worked as a lecturer till 1996.

He came back to Nagpur in 1996 and established the department of nephrology in super speciality hospital, GMC NAGPUR.

In 1998, he pursued fellowship in renal transplant in Edinburgh, Scotland so as to bring the advanced techniques to his hometown which was in dire need of advancements.

A member of national academy of medical sciences, he has been the past president of the nephrology society, Vidarbha chapter.

Following the footsteps of his father, LATE PADMASHREE DR B.S. CHAUBEY, he has a keen interest in research and has many national and international papers and publications to his name.

He has been invited to several countries to as a lecturer in nephrology and is recognised worldwide.

He aims to provide economical yet best healthcare to the needful and all. He focuses more on quality and precision of diagnosis.

He also is keen in social service and helps the underprivileged in any way possible. He is the ex-medical director of rotary club of Nagpur and always looks to help as much as he can.

His main interests remain in renal transplants and is working continuously towards it.

He started as a consultant in crescent hospital till 2011 and worked independently as founder of renal care centre in 2011, a 10 bedded hospital and 8 dialysis machines but with the growing rate of diseases and increasing demand for healthcare, he proceeded to build a hospital not just for kidney but for all spectrums of healthcare.

Today ASIAN KHMC has 50 beds, 20+ doctors, 26 dialysis machines, 100+ employees and more than 15 departments under his wing.
